The increasing prevalence of Gram-Negative Multidrug Resistant Bacteria phenomenon is a major concern for clinicians and other health-care stakeholders due to the increasing

burden of disease and mortality associated.

In absence of an effective strategy control, antimicrobial resistance in the next 30 years might cause millions of death worldwide. Reducing the prevalence of Gram-negative Multidrug Resistant Bacteria is therefore a mandatory task in most clinical settings as well as in Intensive Care Units and it may be accomplished with a bundle of interventions properly intertwined.
